Hello, Friends!! How was your weekend? Mine was pretty good! I went to a wedding on Saturday (check out my look here), then celebrated my mom’s birthday on Sunday (her birthday was officially yesterday…Happy Birthday, Mom!!!) This weekend I’m hoping to get a little bit of rest, but I’m not even sure what my schedule looks like yet. I’m sure I will end up staying busy by working on the blog, and, lately, I’ve been spending my time trying to plan a party for my upcoming blogaversary/birthday party. Queen of Sleeves turns 1 next month, y’all!! Stay tuned for details about that. You’re invited!!
Today, I’m talking about fall florals! As you may know, florals are one of the big fall trends this year. I’ve seen all kinds of florals, ranging from the usual palette of browns, rusts, burgundys, pastels, etc. to a brighter, more colorful palette. Since there are so many florals with bold colors this fall, it should be easier to transition some of your spring/summer florals into the fall. The dress I’m wearing in this post clearly represents bright, bold florals. I found this pretty dress at JC Penney. I’ve been shopping at JCP a lot lately (here and here). There are a lot of jewels in there, and this one is no different. The colors of the flowers are so vibrant! Here are some more bold fall floral dresses:
