Hi, Friends and Sleevenistas! Fall wedding season is in full force and if you’re anything like me, you’re searching for the perfect wedding guest dress! Finding a dress can be tough, but I’m here to help! I’ve rounded up some gorgeous dresses that are super affordable, and I know y’all will love. Also, you know I never forget to accessorize! The Dress
When searching for the perfect wedding guest dress, I love variety! From short to long, solids to patterns, I want to see it all! I also love a good sequin number. It’s important to remember that every wedding has a dress code, so make sure you verify before picking out your dress. For a black tie/formal wedding, I’d recommend a floor-length gown. You can’t be too dressy! As for a semi- formal or dressy casual wedding, you can easily get away with a shorter dress. Think knee-length or tea/midi-length! The Shoes
So you’ve found the perfect wedding guest dress, now you need shoes to match! I personally love wearing heels to all weddings, no matter the dress code. When shopping for my heels, I love finding pairs I can wear time and time again. Sticking with neutrals is the best way to do this! A good nude, black, white or metallic heel is always a good choice. You can pair these colors with so many outfits, not just wedding guest dresses! It’s nice to have a few options with different heel heights, and I have found so many great pairs!
The Accessories
Once you have the perfect wedding guest dress and a gorgeous pair of shoes, it’s time to accessorize! I absolutely love adding accessories to my outfits, it’s a great way to make a statement. I love adding dangle earrings or sparkly necklaces. I love wearing both statement pieces and daintier jewelry, depending on the dress! Adding a clutch is also a great idea! They are both small and lightweight, but perfect for car keys, your phone, wallet, and some lipstick. They also enhance your outfit, so of course, I love that! Amazon has so many great clutches, and they’re super affordable. It’s definitely my favorite place to shop for them!
