Hi, Friends!!! Aren’t you just loving all of these fun colors on the blog so far this fall?!! First, the pink jumpsuit and yellow dress in the last post, and now these amazing green, wide leg pants! Well, I’m loving all of the color if you aren’t! Lol. As a tip, I think one way to continue wearing bright colors in the fall is to go with deep, rich colors. The richer, the better, in my opinion. Primary colors are perfect and, of course, jewel tones. But truly, you can wear whatever you want whenever you want. That’s how I feel. lol.
This post actually wasn’t planned, but since you guys liked this look so much on Instagram, I decided to dedicate a whole post to it! On Friday, I went shopping to look for some fall pieces to add to my wardrobe because I had a shoot coming up on Sunday (btw, I’m super excited about the looks I shot…stay tuned! You’ll love them!) and I was browsing the racks at H&M and came across these pants! Are they not so fab?!!! The color was PERFECT and with Nigerian Independence Day coming up, I knew I had to have it because I have somewhat of a tradition of wearing green white green on Nigerian Independence Day in the same way I like to wear red, white, and blue on July 4th! Gotta rep both of my countries! Anyhoo, I did indeed wear this look on Nigerian Independence Day, which was Sunday. I decided to pair the wide leg pants with my fave leopard pumps (that I am convinced go with just about every single thing in my closet), a ruffle sleeve tee, and pearl accessories. I wore this look to church, but this would also be a great look for work.
I’ve noticed a trend in tees that have ruffle details on the sleeves, like this ruffle tee from Banana Republic. Here are some other colorful wide leg pants and ruffle sleeve tees that you can add to your wardrobe!
And that’s all I’ve got for you today! I have some giveaways coming up, including a spa day giveaway! Stay tuned!! Have a great week, and thanks so much for reading!!
