Happy November, Friends and Sleevenistas! Tis the season for holiday parties and if you’re like me, you want to look your best at each and every one of them! One of my favorite parts of the holiday season is celebrating with the ones I love most but I also love getting dressed up. When planning my holiday outfits, I always consider the time of day and where the party is being held to make sure I’m dressed for the occasion! Today I’m sharing my favorite mini dresses, maxi dresses, and sweater dresses that are perfect for the holidays!
Mini Dresses
For a fun holiday party out on the town, a mini dress is the way to go! Mini dresses are so fun and flirty and are sure to make a statement. A bold, red mini dress is a great way to wow this season. Holiday mini dresses also come in so many textures, like sequins! Velvet dresses are also trending right now and are perfect for the holidays! Midi/Maxi Dresses
For a work party, a midi or maxi dress is a classy and elegant choice! Like mini dresses, velvet maxi dresses are so gorgeous and the material adds a special touch to your dress. Another material that is perfect for the holidays is satin. I love a good satin maxi dress! The material is stunning and perfect for dressier occasions! For a more casual look, a patterned maxi dress is a great idea because plaid dresses are always so pretty for the holidays! Maxi dresses look amazing with a strappy heel but can be paired with booties as well!
Sweater Dresses
For a holiday party at a home, a sweater dress is perfect! Sweater dresses are cozy and warm while still being elegant and chic. For a more casual look, a short sweater dress with booties is perfect or pair heels with a mid length sweater dress for a more dressed up look. Wrap sweater dresses are a super flattering option, and they look good on everyone! Sweater dresses always come in fitted and oversized options so there really is something for everyone!
