Hi, Friends and Sleevenistas!! As we get closer and closer to Christmas, I spend the vast majority of my tv-watching time enjoying Christmas movies. Who am I kidding…I’ve been watching Christmas movies since October! In particular, the corny romantic ones. You know the ones I’m talking about…there’s usually a small town, a misunderstanding, and a lot of Christmas spirit! Lol. In particular, I wanted to decorate Christmas cookies and try candy cane hot chocolate! I was thrilled that I could use my Walmart + membership to get everything I needed to make my Christmas movie dreams come true!! Y’all, I literally ordered everything you see in these pictures from Walmart using the free delivery from my local store ($35 min, restrictions apply) benefit, and the items were delivered on the same day. I ordered cozy Christmas PJs, fuzzy slippers, and everything I needed to make and decorate Christmas cookies and Christmasy hot chocolate – from the cookie dough to the cookie cutters to the icing to the baking pan to the candy canes to the hot chocolate and even the mug to drink my hot chocolate and tray to display the cookies!!
The cookie making and decorating was a lot of fun! I’m not gonna lie, the cookies took some trial and error to get right. My first batch basically ended up joining together to form one big cookie because I forgot to add flour to the cookie dough. #nailedit Lol. But the second batch turned out well! I loved the experience, and it probably wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t have Walmart +.
I’ve really been loving my Walmart+ membership! Remember when I first told you about it a few months ago? It’s SO convenient and makes my life easier!
