Ok, now on to the outfit for today! Mixing prints!!  This look was inspired by something I saw on Pinterest.  I’ve noted several times on this blog that inspiration can come from anywhere.  Obviously, Pinterest is a great source of inspiration, but so are blogs (like this one *wink wink*), Google images, and sometimes random people you see on the street!

If you are wondering how to mix prints, it’s easy!  Generally, the only thing you need is a common color between the two prints to tie them together.  It doesn’t really matter that the prints are different.  In this instance, the white and black in the top coordinate with the white and black in the skirt.   I love mixing prints.  Here’s another example of mixing prints from Instagram.  Can you see which colors tie the two prints together?  If you haven’t already, try mixing some prints this week!  You’ll love the result.  If you try it, please take a pic and send it to me or if you post it on social media, you can tag me (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)!  Have an awesome week!!!
